Fulvic Link’s customer base has grown through product demonstration and word of mouth. We 110% stand behind the results of our products, which is why we have a Happiness Guarantee to guarantee your money back if you try either Fulvic Link or Humic Link and don't love the results. If you are not satisfied 100 days after using our product, you can request a refund. If after another 100 days you still don't see results, we will refund you the full cost of your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must share photos of your grow/crop/plants/turf before and after application, and explain in detail why you're unsatisfied. You should also detail how you applied our product, frequency, quantity etc. Our team of experts will likely help diagnose your issues and help provide recommend solutions. If we are unable to help you, we will issue a full refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and be asked to return all unused products.

To start a return, please email the team at info@fulviclink.com including 

1. Details of the Product (Name, size, quantity)
2. Order Date
3. Order number or the name used on order
4. Description of the issue including your application procedure
5. Picture(s) of plants before and after application

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
1) Expired Products
2) Damage to Products post-shipping
3) Damages/Defective products without all the required information listed previously

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable and any return shipping costs will need to be covered by you.
